The Woodcarvers’ Guild invites you to our annual show on Sunday, October 22, 2017, at Frankenmuth High School, 525 E. Genesee St., Frankenmuth, Michigan.


Exhibitors may enter at 7:00 AM to set up and register for the carving competition. Entries must be entered prior to 9:00 AM. Exhibitors may enter 4 projects per table. Others will cost $3.00 each. Exhibitors may enter People’s Choice for $3.00 per carving. Judging starts at 9:00 AM.


The doors will open to the public from 10.00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Complimentary coffee and doughnuts will be available to exhibitors until 9:45 AM.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the show.


Exhibitor tables are 8 ft. long by 30 in. high. The show committee will assign all exhibitor placements. Special needs will be honoured, if possible. A limited number of electrical connections are available. (please bring a 50-foot extension cord).


Exhibitors must provide table covering with floor length skirting and are required to maintain their table until 4:00 PM. Exhibitors are responsible for security at their own table during the show.


The sale of wood carvings and related items is permitted. Please provide receipts and wrapping for items. Sellers are responsible for paying all sales taxes. The show committee will not charge commissions.


We will be having an open demonstration area. If you would like to demonstrate, please indicate this on your application as well as what type of demonstration you will be doing. The Guild will, if needed, provide security for your table during your demonstration time.

 

All applications must be received by October 19, 2017. Please mail your reservation sheet to the registration chairman listed on the registration sheet. (If there is a need to cancel please do so by Oct 20th to receive a refund.)
